Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Who we are

Brimode ("we", "us") provides on-demand product engineering for startups. We are headquartered in London, UK, with offices in London & Johannesburg. For privacy enquiries contact connect@brimode.com or +44 741 282 0712.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Contact details (name, email, phone, company) when you submit forms
• Project and technical information you choose to share
• Usage data via cookies and similar technologies (with consent)
• Communications in email, chat, or video calls

3. How we use data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver services, improve our website, comply with law, and — where you consent — for analytics and marketing tools such as live chat. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR include contract, legitimate interests, and consent for non-essential cookies. Contact-form submissions are processed as steps toward a potential contract or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

4. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to remember your consent choices. Optional categories (preferences, statistics, marketing) are off until you accept them. See our Cookie Declaration for details.

5. Subprocessors and sharing

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the site and deliver services, under appropriate agreements. Categories include:

• Hosting and infrastructure (e.g. Vercel or equivalent)
• Email / CRM delivery (e.g. Zoho Mail or Zoho Flow when configured)
• Analytics (Google Analytics and Zoho PageSense), when you consent to statistics cookies
• CMS (Sanity) for blog content publishing

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, or as law requires, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. You may lodge a complaint with the UK ICO (or your local EU/EEA supervisory authority where applicable). Contact us at connect@brimode.com or +44 741 282 0712.

7. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy regulations.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above will change when we do. Material changes may be highlighted on the site.
