The terms that apply when you use brimode.com or engage Brimode for product engineering.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to Brimode ("Brimode", "we", "us"), an on-demand product engineering team headquartered in London, UK, with offices in London & Johannesburg. Contact: connect@brimode.com.
2. Website use
You may browse this website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or misuse forms. Content on this site is for general information and does not create a binding engagement until we confirm a scope of work in writing.
3. Enquiries and discovery calls
Submitting a contact form or booking a call does not obligate either party to enter a contract. We may decline work that is a poor fit. Any statements about timelines or pricing on the site are indicative until agreed in a statement of work or subscription agreement.
4. Services and subscriptions
Paid engineering work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, IP ownership, confidentiality, and termination. Where there is a conflict, that agreement prevails over these website terms.
5. Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and branding belong to Brimode or our licensors. Client deliverables and IP ownership are as set out in your services agreement — typically you own work product created for you under that agreement.
6. No warranties
The website is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that all content is error-free. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or compliance advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brimode is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our liability for website use is limited to £100. Liability for paid services is as defined in your services agreement.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Declaration.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
